Thermostats

Thermostat was invented in 1885 by Albert Butz. Thermostat is a device which is used to regulate the temperature of a system. With the help of a thermostat temperature is maintained near a desired set point temperature. It controls the flow of heat energy into or out of the system. Thermostat switches heating or cooling devices on or off as needed to maintain the correct temperature.
